Bernessa Earrings

THE STORY
I was still in my village that same autumn afternoon, and after the trees and the light, I started looking at the ground instead. The fallen leaves, the warm brown earth, the cracked bark of old tree trunks. Everything was the same palette, brown and gold and bronze, layered and textured and completely effortless. I thought about how that combination, leather and metal, warm and cool, rough and smooth, was already happening in nature all around me. I just had to pick it up and turn it into an earring. That afternoon, that ground, became the Bernessa.

THE CRAFTSMANSHIP
Each Bernessa is built around a bronze-plated copper ring, smooth and perfectly circular. A rectangular piece of genuine croco-print leather connects the ring to the hook closure at the top, structured and clean. A second piece of genuine croco-print leather wraps around the bottom of the ring and hangs freely below it, the GA signature disc embossed into the wrap as a final detail. Two leathers, one ring, one complete idea.

THE STYLING ADVICE
The Bernessa earrings are bold enough to carry a simple look on their own. Wear them with a black turtleneck, a white shirt, or anything in earth tones where the warm brown croco-print and bronze ring feel at home.
