Electra Earrings

THE STORY

I was lying outside on a clear night, watching shooting stars trail across the sky, each one a different streak, gone before you could really look at it, but leaving this feeling behind. That's exactly the energy I wanted to capture in Electra, not a simple earring, but a cascade, a spiral that moves down the ear and neck, scattered with little bursts of color like stars caught mid-fall. Each charm is a different shade, a different shape, nothing matches on purpose, because the night sky doesn't either. It's playful, artistic, and a little unexpected, the kind of piece that makes people do a double-take.

THE CRAFTSMANSHIP

I shaped Electra in silver-plated copper, forming a long, sculptural spiral that wraps from the earlobe down along the neck, fluid, almost like it's still moving. Along the spiral, I attached a scatter of Swarovski crystals in assorted hues, in different cuts and sizes, squares, teardrops, rounds, each on its own delicate chain, so they catch the light independently as you move. The result feels less like a matched pair and more like two constellations, each with its own arrangement of color.

THE STYLING ADVICE

Electra is a statement on its own, wear your hair pulled back or styled away from the face so the full spiral and its scattered charms are visible. It pairs best with simple, solid-colored outfits that let all those little bursts of color be the focus.

For long-lasting shine, apply a small amount of moisturizing oil (like coconut or olive oil) to a soft cloth and gently buff the piece.
