Jian Ankle Cuff

THE STORY
I have always been fascinated by belly dancers and the way they wear jewelry on parts of the body that most people forget exist. The ankle, the wrist, the waist, every movement becomes amplified because the jewelry moves with them, catches the light with them, tells the story with them. I kept thinking about that feeling, of gold draping over the foot with every step, of chains that sway when you walk like you are performing even when you are just crossing a room. That image, that feeling of making every step a statement, became the Jian.

THE CRAFTSMANSHIP
The Jian is a black box leather ankle cuff edged along both the top and bottom borders with a continuous line of Swarovski stones set in gold, catching light from every angle. From the bottom edge, gold-plated chains with elongated bar links hang freely, draping over the foot and swaying with every movement. The GA signature disc hangs from the center chain as a final touch. A ring and lobster clasp closure makes it fully adjustable to any ankle size. Wear it over any shoe and instantly transform the look.

The Jian belongs on any ankle, over any shoe. Wear it over heels for a night out and watch the chains catch every light in the room.
