Noam Belt

THE STORY

I designed Noam after watching a belly dancer move through a restaurant one evening, the way the chains caught the light with every shift of her hips, how the layers swayed and whispered against each other with hypnotic rhythm. I imagined her wearing something like this: edgy, fluid, and built for movement. Noam carries that same energy, multiple cascading chains, each catching light independently, creating a sound and shimmer that announces itself before you even see it.

THE CRAFTSMANSHIP

I crafted Noam from genuine black box leather, structured enough to anchor the piece while staying lightweight on the body. Layered silver-plated copper chains of varying lengths cascade from the belt, finished with small spike and bar charms that catch and reflect light as you move. The snap closure keeps the belt adjustable and secure, while the 3.00cm width strikes a balance between presence and wearability. Every chain was placed to move independently, designed for motion, not stillness.

THE STYLING ADVICE

Noam is made to move with you, wear it low on the hips over a midi skirt or slip dress to let the chains drape and sway with every step. For an edgier daytime look, layer it over high-waisted trousers or a maxi skirt, letting the chains fall against the fabric for texture and movement. This is a belt that turns walking into choreography.
