THE STORY
I was in Tanzania when I understood what presence really means. We had been driving through the Serengeti for hours when the jeep stopped and there he was. Not moving. Not announcing himself. Just standing, the way only something that has nothing to prove can stand. Every other animal in that field knew he was there before they saw him. I sat there watching him and thought about that quality, the kind of power that does not need to perform itself, that simply exists and reorganizes everything around it. I thought about what it means for a woman to carry that energy at her waist, the center of the body, where posture begins and power lives. I came home from Tanzania and put a lion in gold on black leather, with chains on either side that move like a mane in the wind. That became Ariella.

THE CRAFTSMANSHIP
Ariella is handcrafted from genuine brown box leather, cut into a wide structured waistband at 6cm that sits firmly and shapes the silhouette with quiet authority. At the center, a 3D gold-plated copper lion motif stands in full profile, its mane intricately detailed, its posture commanding and still. On both sides of the lion, cascading gold-plated copper chains drape in layered arcs from the edges of the belt, swaying with every movement like liquid gold against black. The belt fastens at the back with a button closure and is designed to fit small and medium sizes with a clean, structured fit that holds its shape throughout the night.

THE STYLING ADVICE
Ariella was made to be the centerpiece of the outfit, not an accessory. Wear it over a white dress or white turtleneck the way the model does and let the gold lion and chains do everything.
