Carolina Earrings

THE STORY

They say angels don't announce themselves. They simply appear, in the right moment, at the right door, in the form of the right person who says exactly what you needed to hear. I designed Carolina for the woman who has been someone else's guardian for so long that she forgot she deserves wings of her own. She has carried others. She has shown up. She has been the light in rooms that had none. And now, finally, it is her turn. Carolina is not a delicate angel. She is the kind that moves mountains. The kind that was never sent to whisper. She was sent to remind you who you are.

THE CRAFTSMANSHIP

I built Carolina on a silver-plated copper base, constructed as a long pavé blade that sweeps in a dramatic diagonal line from a sharp pointed tip below the lobe all the way up past the ear in a climbing silhouette. The entire blade is set with 5A diamond cut zirconia stones in a continuous micro-pavé formation that creates an unbroken line of light from tip to crown. At the center of the blade, a sculptural angel wing motif in silver-plated copper extends outward, each feather individually detailed in open cutwork relief, catching light through the negative space and casting delicate shadows that shift with every movement. The earring is engineered as an ear climber, the stud closure anchors at the lobe while the blade descends below and ascends above simultaneously, framing the entire ear in a single continuous arc of brilliance.

THE STYLING ADVICE

Carolina demands hair up, always. A sleek high ponytail, a tight bun, or hair swept fully back so the entire climbing blade is visible from tip to crown. She was made for bare skin and minimal necklines, a strapless gown, an off-shoulder dress, anything that keeps the neck and ear completely unobstructed. Wear her with no other earrings, no ear cuffs, no stacking, she is the architecture, and she needs the full wall. For an evening look, pair with a simple pendant necklace, one thin chain, nothing more. For daytime, wear her alone against a white shirt and let silver do everything.
