THE STORY

The first time I saw a Klimt painting, I didn't look at the woman. I looked at her hands. Everyone always talks about the gold. The swirling patterns, the jewel-toned backgrounds, the faces that look like they belong to another world. But I couldn't stop staring at the hands, the way they were always reaching, always holding, always wrapped in something that looked like it had grown there naturally, like flowers climbing a wall. I stood in front of that painting for a long time. Then I went home and I made Melinda. A vine that starts at the wrist and travels across the hand the way Klimt's flowers travel across a canvas; unhurried, inevitable, impossibly beautiful. Some ideas don't come from nowhere. This one came from gold and flowers and a woman whose hands told the whole story.

THE CRAFTSMANSHIP

I built Melinda as one continuous piece, an open cuff that wraps the wrist, connected by a zirconia floral vine that travels across the back of the hand and ends in a delicate finger ring. Every bloom along the vine is a cluster of Zirconia 5A diamond-cut stones set in copper, some large, some small, scattered the way real flowers grow: never perfectly, always beautifully. The copper base gives the piece its structure and warmth, while the zirconia catches light from every angle, turning every movement of the hand into something worth watching. Both the cuff and the ring are fully adjustable, Melinda fits the way you need her to.

THE STYLING ADVICE

Melinda was made for the woman who believes that hands tell a story. Wear her with a white lace dress or a silk evening gown and let the flowers travel across your hand the way they were meant to; slowly, deliberately, like they grew there. She is bridal without being traditional, romantic without being soft. For a daytime look, pair Melinda with bare skin and a simple gold or white outfit and let the zirconia do what it does best: catch every available light and refuse to be ignored.
